Rates
Weekly: $2,100
Daily: $325 (available before late June or after mid-August, minimum two nights)
Deposit: $500
Rates Include
Docking space for your boat, use of picnic tables, grills, fire rings, and sand beach.
Bedding, microwave, small appliances, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
Use of kayaks, pedalboat, and slide, with parental permission (bring your own life vests).
Policies
The weekly rate is from Saturday to Saturday.
No refunds on deposit. Balance due upon arrival. Add 11% state and local room tax.
Payment by check, cash, or Venmo (@Carolyn-Metz-4). We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Overnight guests exceeding maximum capacity will be subject to an additional guest fee of $10 per night or $50 per week, per person.
Reduced rates (10%) before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
Discount of $500 when booking both cabins.
Can do minimum 2 night stays prior to late June and after mid-August.
Dry firewood is available for purchase. Absolutely no cutting of trees on-premise.
All units are smoke-free.
